Whats the procedure for returning items?
We will replace or refund you for any items you send only after we have received them. Once theyre in our possession, The White Shirt Company will refund the full amount your paid or, with your agreement, we will replace the item(s). Please make sure you get a receipt from your post office as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. Please return your shirt in the packaging it arrives in if possible. Place that in a mail bag and address it to: The White Shirt Company 35/37a St Johns Wood High St London NW8 7NJ Returns will normally be processed on the working day after theyre received and the refund transmitted to your credit card company the same day. When items are returned for exchange, a replacement will be sent the day after the exchange is processed.
