The secrect of getting hired by the NC Department of Corrections to me was partially my knowledge and experience with the hardware and software workings of computer systems. The old DOS systems and the new Window XP systems. Also being able to be strong in personality to be able to go into prisons and not be “frightened” by the presents of prisoners and firearms, locked doors and security….
