What’s your healthy habit?
- not smoking
- maintaining a healthy weight
- doing at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day
- eating a healthy diet high in fruit, vegetables and whole grains, and low in red meat, saturated fats and sugar
- not drinking too much alcohol – current UK guidance recommends no more than 14 units a week for men and women
Healthy habits? Well, I maintain a healthy lifestyle so I have a lot of habits. For example, I exercise 3-4 times a week, sleep at least 8 hours, eat healthy food only, and take vitamins. It’s essential to avoid bad habits if you don’t want to have health problems in the future. By the way, quality vitamins I buy at Canadian Pharmacy only.
