When a student drops a class or if personnel change employment status, how are they removed from a list group?

Databases are updated every night. Any officially made change should be reflected in the database by the next day. Since the email list is generated each time the list is used, it always contains up-to-date information. Note: Students who drop a course by using a Q-drop will stop receiving emails sent to that group the day after the Q-drop is processed by the Registrar’s Office.
