Yes, however you may have to file this information separately. DOR’s existing Internet site is set up to accept reports of newly hired employees and independent contractors. The web functionality for reporting information relative to retired employees and employees with Workers’ Compensation claims is currently under development and we anticipate that it will be several months before that web application is available. If you are an employer who is already withholding child support payments for an employee who files a Workers’ Compensation claim or retires, you should report the required information to DOR by sending a facsimile to our Employer Group at 617-887-7560.
