As per Sec. 2A of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 an individual workman can raise any dispute or difference, between him and his employer, connected with or arising out of such discharge, dismissal, retrenchment or termination not withstanding that no other workman nor any union of the workmen is a party to the dispute.
