Garbage containers and recycle totes can be put out the night before trash collection no earlier than 7pm & are to be brought back in no later than 7pm the day of collection. Also, all garbage containers and recycle totes shall not be stored in the front yards on non trash day. They shall be stored behind a privacy fence or out of view from public areas.
