Exterior work being done to a homeowners residence (i.e. Painting, New Roof, Additions, Window Upgrades, Remodeling, etc) should all have a architectural modification form filled out and sent to the management company for approval prior to starting all/any work. If in doubt, please contact the management company. The Architectural review committee tries to review and decide the disposition of each request in two weeks after they have received the request from the management company. Architectural Modification forms can be downloaded on-line by clinking on the HOA Library link located on the home page.
