When I am using InsurancePro, most of the background is in black or some other weird color that makes it very hard to see what the text and the options say. Why is that?

InsurancePro picks display colors from your windows background settings. To correct this, please change your windows color settings to the default. To do this, right click anywhere on your desktop wallpaper, and then click on properties. Then choose the Appearance tab, and then change the color settings to Windows Default or Windows Default Blue. Then click OK. InsurancePro should be in a blue and white color combination. InsurancePro starts fine, but whenever I try to pull up a customer by selecting them from the Find Existing Customer option, an error message box comes up that says: Runtime Error imgscan.ocx not found. As soon as I click OK on the message box, the program shuts down. This error comes up usually because some of the scanning files are not installed properly.
