When I attempt to update the firmware on the AV camera with the firmware update option I receive the “Ack Timeout” message. Why do I get this error?
If you get the timeout message take the following steps: • Make sure that no application is requesting the images from the camera during the update • Make sure that the camera is connected via switch and not with direct cross-over cable • Re-run AV Installer prior to the upgrade to make sure that the camera is accessible and there is no IP conflict
