The ‘Customize’ button pops open a window using Javascript. If you are using any sort of ad blocking software which prevents pop up windows from popping up, this could also be preventing the ‘Customize’ window from popping up. Try disabling your ad blocking software and then customizing your BottomLine. After it’s all customized to your liking, you can then re-enable your ad blocking software.
