If the image resolution is too high for some printers, they fail to print it. PDF-XChange has a setting that can be used to automatically downsize images that are too large for the printer, which resolves this issue. This problem will be resolved by RealEasy Appraisals version 6.2 by forcing the printer driver to resize all images to 300 DPI, which is the same default resolution as the PDF document itself. Until then, you can work around the issue by doing the following: 1. Go to StartControl PanelPrinters and Faxes 2. Right click on PDF-XChange for WCA 3. Left click on Properties. 4. Left click the Printing Preferences button. 5. Left click on Graphics in the panel on the left 6. Check all three checkboxes for Down sample and set the DPI to 300 for each one. 7. Click Ok, OK.
