When I log in to RegOnline, CCPHs credit card processor, it asks for my password. How do I find my password?
We recommend skipping the password question by clicking on “Click here to begin a new registration with this email.” OR “Or, click here to start with a blank registration form.” This begins a new credit card transaction. If you have used our online credit card processor for previous membership or publication payments, the records from your previous transactions are still available in RegOnline. But, for accounting purposes it makes more sense to begin a new transaction for each order, rather than trying to modify a previous transaction.
