When I read a CD using my RCD drive under Windows 3.1 (or Windows for Workgroups 3.11), my system hangs even though the drive reads fine under DOS. What can I check?

Try disabling “32-bit disk access” (and “32-bit file access” for WFW users). To do this, go to the Main group, Control Panel, and 386 Enhanced. Click on Virtual Memory, then click on Change. Remove the “X” from “32-bit disk access” (and “32-bit file access” for WFW users). After the changes are made, reboot your computer.
