If an error occurs while the MPU renderer starts CAVELib the CAVELib library will cause the entire application to exit. This normally means there is an error in the CAVELib config file or CAVELib could not acquire the license. If the config file specifies the use of tracker and/or controller hardware ensure that trackd is running on the master node and that the daemonkey values in the CAVELib config file match those in the trackd config file.
