When I try to change my setpoint, the lower display shows four dashes, what am I doing wrong?

Verify that the display setting is set to standard. This will be in the info list in 2400’s and the home list for 2100’s and 2200’s. If you are using a 2400, and are running a program, you cannot change the setpoint until the program is reset (run or hold light off). Also, 2400’s have the ability to set the setpoint display to read only. To access the setpoint, go to the Full list or set the setpoint to alter in the Edit list.
