To open the OfficeReady Template Browser in the Large Icon View, click View | Large Icon. The OfficeReady Template Browser takes a considerable amount of time to start up on some machines. This is because the Template Browser loads up in the List View with the preview pane loaded. The delay is caused because of the overhead required to open the preview file.
