When I try to open a book in the DX Reader, the “Opening DX Reader in Library Mode” box opens and then freezes. What should I do?
You may have some kind of a pop-up blocker program installed on your browser like Pop-Up Stopper from Panicware (www.panicware.com), AdSubtract from Intermute (www.adsubtract.com) or the free Google toolbar (http://toolbar.google.com/) to name a few. When you try to open a book in the DX Reader, the ‘Opening DX Reader..,’ pop-up appears before the actual Reader opens. This pop-up is used by our site to send your request to the DX Reader server.
