When I try to print through SoftCopy, the “Save as” dialog box does not pop up. Whats wrong?
Most probably, you are using the fast user switching feature of Windows XP. SoftCopy only works for the first user who logs into the Windows XP system. Subsequent users who logs in can print, but the “Save as” dialog box will pop up in the session of the first logon user, even if that user has already logged out. We are aware of this issue and will be working on fixing it in a future release.
