When I try to use Write-N-Cite from home, the Write-N-Cite window pops up, but then I get an “Action cancelled” message. Whats wrong?
The “Action cancelled” message is typical of a computer with Norton computer security software installed that is impeding RefWorks. Change your security software settings to allow access to RefWorks/Write-N-Cite. We do not recommend that you disable your firewall or other security software, however.
