When I use Word together with EndNote web I get asked for a username and password over and over again. How can I stop this?

This problem seems to be caused by 2 cookies “myendnoteweb.com” and “isiknowledge.com”. Try deleting these then login via Web of Knowledge and try to use Cite while you write in Word. On Open Access PCs right click the Internet Explorer icon and select Properties. If this doesn’t work you may need to ask IT support to delete your profile (this doesn’t delete your files). On your home PC using Internet Explorer use Tools – Internet options to delete cookies. For other browsers consult online help to see how to clear cookies.
