We always have listings available, so if you’re looking for housing, there’s a good chance there are ads that meet your needs at any time of the year. If you are looking for housing in Newport Beach, on Balboa Island, or in University Town Center, the best time to start looking is in late March or early April for the following school year. We suggest you begin your housing search about a month to a month and half in advance for any other locations, or if you are looking for a place with roommates.
