When it is very hot and humid outside I feel like I am going to pass out and very shaky. Could hot weather cause you to have anxiety attacks and panic?
Quita M, I don’t want to make you more anxious by telling you it could be life threatening, especially if it really is an anxiety problem. However, doctors can only diagnose based on what you tell them, and you aren’t a doctor, so you don’t always know what to tell them. You might not have mentioned the key detail, because you didn’t think of it or you thought it wasn’t related. So if they tell you they can’t find anything wrong except anxiety, they may not be right. They may just not have the whole picture. Blood work doesn’t tell you everything. And I have found that too many doctors go straight to the “all in your head” theory before they exhaust all options.
