There is a problem with the data within your EPC. Either something is missing, an invalid character is corrupting the data or something in the data does not make sense. It is too broad for us to diagnose without us taking a look for ourselves. Please send your data to support using the Help menu in PS Energy (Help | Send to Support). Confirm the backup of your database and complete the web form that pops up to include the property address in question otherwise we will not be able to help you. We will be in touch within 24 hours.
