When placing a large order, I get kicked out or an error message appears concerning shipping charges and weight errors. What should I do?

If you encounter this problem, please email pam@madewithkissesandhugs.net . Larger orders can still be processed, but the shipping program cannot handle weights past a certain point automatically. This program can only calculate if everything goes in 1 box. Some larger orders are broken down into multiple boxes and we handle those a little differently.
