When patients T3 and T4 level close or lower than the lower limit (Or, TSH level higher than upper limit). Western Doctor will suggest patient to lower down the dosage of anti hyperthyroid medicines Reason: Patient’s thyroid hormone secretion already trended to normal but the depression from anti hyperthyroid medicines still the same. That press T3 and T4 too low. Lower down the dosage of anti hyperthyroid medicines will make patient’s T3 and T4 move back to normal range again.
