When trying to register for a Digital Certificate we received a message saying we could not complete the process due to error 186. What does this mean?
When you receive that error message, you can use Mozilla Fire Fox to complete the online application for the digital certificate and once you receive the email from ORC with the instructions of importing the digital certificate onto your computer, you can import the digital certificate onto Internet Explorer.
