When using the Planroom tab in On-Screen Takeoff, why won’t my images convert correctly?
The CPCTool user agreement was not accepted by an Administrator (see above) or the user has the Planroom Folder pointing to a location where they cannot create the directory structure. Even if they have ACCESS to a particular location, they have to be mindful of 2 things: 1.) They may not have access to WRITE/Create folders/files in that location and 2.) Depending on how complex the folder structure, OST may not be able to accommodate the number of characters in the folder path (limited to 256 characters TOTAL including the file name).
