When will I first see results of my Internet marketing efforts?
It depends on your market, your product and whether your site is properly set-up. That being said there are things you can do to help insure success.
- Research your Market BEFORE starting your internet business. This can save you thousands of dollars and wasted time.
- Choose a Market with hungry buyers that have cash to spend (i.e. golfers)
- Once you have a market, choose a specific product (i.e. left-handed golf clubs) that is a small niche within the market
- Do your keyword research and choose your domain name wisely, (i.e lefthandedgolfclubs.com)
- Build links, do SEO and traffic building for your site
- You can also use techniques to buy traffic (ie. PPC)
If you have done all this correctly, you should start seeing the sales come in within the first month or even days, BUT and this is a big BUT, like every other business, the market is fickle and some times you just have to wait it out.
