When will my personalised invitation cards arrive?
We will process your cards as soon as your order is confirmed. We will dispatch your cards within 14 working days. It is important that you keep your postal address up to date in your ‘manage account’ section to ensure we send your cards to the right address and avoid any delays. There may be a delay if you pay by Paypal eCheque as the transaction will be held as pending for seven to nine working days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know of the delay. This is out of our control and we will process your order as soon as we can. We will only send out your cards once the payment has cleared.
