When will the Motorist and council tax payers rebel against Blair emember the Poll Tax riots??
Soon and yes! I think it’s disgusting that you pay council tax based on your property…what about the pensioners who bought their house for 2k years and years ago and because it’s now worth lots of money, they have to pay an arm and a leg in council tax, as if they’re rich just because they live in a nice area! I think it needs to go on income, that’s the only fair way. As for car tax, it’s a joke, it’s risen so much since I passed my test, and it scares me to think what it will be like when my children pass their tests!
