In addition to the Capacity Enhancement Program EIS, the FAA is currently working on the New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia Metropolitan Airspace Redesign EIS. The Final EIS was released in December 2005 and is available at http://www.faa.gov/airports_airtraffic/air_traffic/ nas_redesign/regional_guidance/eastern_reg/nynjphl_redesign/. A Record of Decision was released on September 5, 2007 documenting the Integrated Airspace Alternative Variation with Integrated Control Complex as the selected alternative.
