When will WFFT FOX Fort Wayne broadcast HD in Full Power?
We are in the process of setting up our new Digital Transmitter, but this takes time. We have to mount a new digital antenna on top of our tower, run transmission lines, fortify the tower due to the extra weight, and build an “ice bridge” to protect the transmission lines that run from the tower to the building from falling ice during the winter. It’s difficult to give an exact “live” date because anytime you’re working on a project this big, delays can happen. The best answer we can give you is to be patient…we want to make sure this project is done right the first time and there are no problems after we turn the transmitter on. Once we get a better idea of what the date will be that we turn on the new digital transmitter, we’ll have announcements running on our TV station and on this website.
