Whenever I reply to a message the entire previous message is included. Can I set an option to not include the previous message?
No, the previous message is automatically included when you select reply. However, if you only want part of the original message quoted when you reply, you can select the part you want quoted before clicking the reply button. If you don’t want the any of the previous message included, you must manually delete it or copy and paste the email address from the old message to a new one.
