Where and when are ballots counted?

IU Bloomington Libraries staff begin counting ballots at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Election Day in the Herman B Wells Library. All voting will be closed when counting is concluded. Therefore, voters who intend to cast ballots on Election Day should appear or vote online by 9:00 a.m. Once electronic voting is closed and the number of paper ballots has been tallied, the total number of votes will be announced.
