Where are CM and QA plans covered in CMMI models?
Configuration management and quality assurance plans are not explicitly addressed in CMMI specific practices. Instead, generic practice 2.2, “Establish and maintain the plan for performing the process,” covers the activities expected in a configuration management and quality assurance plan. These may be separate plans, or part of a more inclusive plan that meets organizational needs.
