their parents’ hard work. Not the Beatles’ kids, though. For the most part, the Fab Four were not only excellent songwriters and musicians, they were also excellent parents. I have been following the Beatles for years. I know all about their kids and have watched their progress growing up. I read just about every book on the Beatles and anything to do with their children. I have also be an ardent attendant of Beatlefest. Probably the best Beatles’ parent is Sir Paul McCartney. He not only adopted his late wife Linda’s daughter, Heather, but also had three other children with his devoted and loving wife, who by all counts, was a wonderful human being. She was obviously a good mother as well. The McCartney kids seemed to have turned out just fine. There was a rift between the McCartney kids and their father when he took up with Heather Mills.
