Parking permits from the HOA are required for all parking on the private HOA property. These areas are marked and identified. Parking on CITY STREETS is not regulated by the HOA and does not require a permit. The city streets are: Hillsdale, Regency, and the portions of Marble Arch and Tower Hill that are east of Regency (to the right of Regency as you are going in the uphill direction.
