Where are sycamore figs mentioned in the Bible?
Farino is trying to discredit the bible. Don’t believe him, he mixes a little bit of truth [fig trees in bible, fig leaves used by adam and eve for modesty] but he is saying that something was lyingly added when that entry is legitimate I was reading about Amos, a ‘minor’ prophet in the bible tonight, and it was saying he was a ‘nipper of figs’, this means that he would literally make a small piercing with a knife on figs so that the ethylene gas would be released. Ethylene is a growth hormone which would make the figs ripe and much larger.
