Administrative offices are located in the McClendon Center for Intercollegiate Athletics on the north side of Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Sport offices are located inside the stadium and at various athletics facilities on the Norman campus.

Administrative offices are located on the second and third floors of the Swain Student Activities Center, located at 2100 South Floyd Street on the U of L campus. Sport offices are located in that facility and at various athletics facilities on the U of L campus.
