The only references I could find for 10 percent acetic acid vinegar was for use as a weed killer rather than as a food additive, so if you’re looking for this stuff for other than food use, a chemical supply place might sell it to you, or you might find it in a place that deals with lawn and garden chemicals. In a quick look online, I didn’t see any on sale, but this might be the type of product that you have to go in and buy, rather than one that you can get shipped to you. If you’re using this for food, I’d question the recipe. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a pickling recipe that doesn’t require dilution of the vinegar (not that I’ve seen them all, but I’ve seen a lot). One source noted that the end product should have an acidity level of 2.5 percent. So with a 5 percent acidity, you’d still have to cut it by half.
