You can’t. It doesn’t exist. You can look at the Electoral Roll indexes free at www.192.com, but it costs to get detailed information. I think it is £9.99 + VAT for 5 credits. The problem is that in the UK, under the Data Protection Act, people can opt to have their details kept out of the public domain. So whether you look at a website, or go to the local Council office, the list that is available for you to look at is not complete. It is for the same reason that libraries no longer keep Electoral Roll lists.
