Where can I find a book to read about the psychology of owning and running a business?

I would like to know if there is such a book based on running a business from the point of view of a CEO, CFO, COO and from the VP level. I have observed different types of people in several different roles of business levels through my career so I was thinking as I watch this new twist in the economy it would be nice to understand or at least have insight to why companies make decisions like they do.
