For your reference, I can give you one written by melbel1 : Disappointment, April 29, 2009 By melbel1 “Melbel1” I received my wine bonsai and immediately followed all the directions given. A few days later it began going dormant at least so I thought. I figured it was due to the slight change in weather which was fine. A few weeks later I discovered it had no live roots. It was completely dead. I would expect it to live for a very long time. What was up with that?
