Where can I find the UPC bar code panel and are photocopies eligible??

A. The panel is on the outside of each box. The original UPC bar code panel (photocopies will not be accepted) must be cut from the box in order to be eligible for the rebate unless otherwise indicated. The UPC bar code panel will resemble this example.
