All of OMGs specifications can be downloaded from our website without charge. The official UML 2.X Superstructure specification (on which the Exams are based) is available as a PDF or Zip file here. However, the UML spec is a HUGE document, and it was never intended to be read through as a way of learning UML. We recommend that you prepare for the Exams by taking a training course or studying with a book. Information about preparing for the UML exam can be found here.
