You can download the FMA anime subbed on BT [BT links on AnimeSuki]. I recommend Anime-Keep & ANBU’s version as those are the fansubs I’m watching. I also hear that AnimeForever’s version has incorrect ranks. The manga scanlations are being done by Toriyama’s World.
