Where can I get help when I have a problem with the Learn@UW software?
If you need help with passwords, specific commands or would like to check on the status of the Learn@UW service, please contact the DoIT Help Desk. Telephone support is available by calling 264-HELP and selecting option 1. Walk-In assistance is provided 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the DoIT Tech Store at 1210 West Dayton Street (Computer Science Building). If you’d like help online, you can browse the Learn@UW knowledge base at http://kb.doit.wisc.edu/luwmad. If you search the knowledgebase and cannot find the answer or solution you need, you can request Help Desk support online. The News and Alerts Quick Link shows unscheduled outages or service interruptions. Any scheduled interruptions will be announced on the Learn@UW login page.
