Simply log on to VitaBand and begin the registration process. Your VITAband and VITAcard will be at your door in a matter of days. Then, go to the secure VITAband website and complete your personal Emergency Response Profile (ERP) with the information you’d like medical personnel to have access to in the event of an emergency. You determine what information to include in your electronic health record. There are options to include any of the following: name, phone, address, relevant medical history, allergies, physician name and phone, emergency contacts. You have complete control to update the information stored in your electronic health record as often as you like.
