Well, GilmoreFan.com has all clips from every season. Currently their season 7 clips are down b/c they had permission from the Wb for the clips, but not the CW and they are talking to people at the CW now. But, their clips should be up really soon. Also, try YouTube, I know I subscribe to a few people who have uploaded season 7 clips, I’m sure someone has them all.
